Message of May 2 was read, stating the House passed and returned               
for consideration SENATE BILL NO. 321 am with the following

HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 321(JUD)                                         
An Act relating to incompetency to stand trial.                               
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved that the Senate concur in the House                      
amendment.                                                                     
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the House               
Letter of Intent (House Journal page 4203) be adopted.  Without                
objection, the Legislative Letter of Intent was adopted.                       
                                                                               
The question being: Shall the Senate concur in the House                       
amendment to SENATE BILL NO. 321 am?  The roll was taken
